Scott and his wife, Laurie, live in Gams, Switzerland where he serves as pastor of the International Bible Fellowship. He enjoys mountain biking with friends, cooking with his wife, sailing with his daughter, and playing games with his granddaughter.

I have known Scott since 2001 and he has helped me very much through his coaching skills. Scott has helped me recognize and break-down those personal obstacles that I have setup for myself over the years. His work is straight forward, pointed, and truthful.
Scott is someone very special to me and my family. He was my pastor for nine years at the International Baptist Church (IBCB), whom I got to know later as a friend, a leader and a coach in ministry. As such, I have experienced Scott as someone with a heart for people, very relational and authentic - he does not "wear a mask." Having served as a deacon and later leader under his supervision as senior pastor, I got exposed to Scott as a strategic and innovative thinker who likes trying new ideas while remaining focused on the church's mission and vision, a passionate teacher of the Word of God, a great coach and a team player. Scott accords particular importance to working with an emotionally healthy team and he invests himself towards this ideal.
