As an experienced international pastor, Scott is passionate about coaching churches to accomplish their God-given vision through strategic planning. He is energized by empowering church leaders to fulfill the Great Commandment and Commission in their contexts. Having pastored multi-ethnic churches in the USA, Switzerland, Germany, and Indonesia he's a visionary catalyst prepared to coach you through the process and support you as you lead your church to the next level.

Scott and his wife, Laurie, live in Gams, Switzerland where he serves as pastor of the International Bible Fellowship. He enjoys mountain biking with friends, hiking with his wife, sailing with his daughter and son-in-law, and exploring playgrounds with his grandkids.
