About Kyle

Kyle is passionate about helping churches and ministry leaders build healthy teams, aligned structures, and sustainable momentum for long-term impact. He brings over 16 years of ministry leadership experience, including six years serving overseas in Eastern Europe as a missionary and Director of Communication for an international ministry supporting 500 missionaries across 15 countries. There, he led a creative team of 10 and strengthened global communication strategy. Before entering full-time ministry, Kyle served as an HR vendor at Microsoft, equipping him with organizational insight that now informs his work with church systems, staffing, and culture. As an Executive Pastor, he helped revitalize staff culture, clarify discipleship pathways, and strengthen leadership development. Kyle serves as the Director of Church Strengthening with Vinia and is a certified church consultant. He holds a B.A. in Communication, completed pastoral training at Multnomah Biblical Seminary, and earned an M.A. in Executive Leadership in Christian Ministry from Colorado Christian University. He and his wife enjoy outdoor adventures with their kids and live in the Pacific Northwest.
