About Jon

Jon brings decades of pastoral and ministry leadership experience to churches seeking health and clarity. He has served in small, medium, and planted churches, led a church plant that grew to 200 in attendance, and guided the purchase of land and construction of a permanent facility. Jon also served 25 years as Executive Director of Twin Lakes Camp, currently leads Crossroads Fellowship, and serves as a leader in a large, growing church—giving him a wide breadth of ministry experience. Known as a visionary leader, Jon helps churches build healthy systems, develop leaders, and pursue long-term faithfulness in ministry.
