About Balazs

Balazs serves churches in seasons of transition, helping them move from complexity and
uncertainty toward clarity, alignment, and renewed mission focus.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across Europe and Canada, Balazs
brings both entrepreneurial insight and pastoral sensitivity to his work. As a certified Scale
Up coach and founder of Scale Up Eastern-Europe, he has helped leadership teams build
strategic clarity, healthy accountability rhythms, and sustainable operational systems. In
church contexts, he focuses especially on governance health, leadership structure, cultural
alignment, and practical execution of vision.
Grounded in a biblical understanding of church leadership - particularly the call of Ephesians
4 to equip the saints for the work of ministry - Balazs believes healthy structure exists to
serve spiritual vitality and mission. His work is driven by a commitment to help churches
remain faithful to their calling while stewarding their people and resources wisely.
Originally from Hungary, he and his wife Eniko live in Ontario, Canada with their three
children. He is passionate about discipleship, developing leaders, and helping churches
move from firefighting to focused kingdom impact.
