As a Malphurs Group Guide, I have the opportunity to compassionately help pastors and church leaders see their ministries as a kingdom people on-mission for Jesus. My heart is to meet leaders where they are at and help them re-imagine what God is ready to do through a new thriving disciple-making pathway. It is exciting to see God use my 30 years of marketplace leadership and 25 years of ministry experience to guide leaders forward. My wife and I have been serving in a consultative ministry that helps strengthen local churches and leaders for past 15 years. We long to see you thrive!
