Our First Impressions Evaluations:

What’s Included

Pre-Trip

Before we arrive at your campus, we will assess your website, social media strategy, and even office staff hospitality. We analyze what information people find before they are first-time guests.

ON-SITE

While we are visiting, we take a close look at your worship facility, physical campus, ministry areas, and more.  We will appear as first-time guests to your support staff and volunteers.

POST-Trip

After we complete our visit, we will prepare a written report with over 90 points of evaluation and discuss the results on a video conference with your staff and leadership, or via an option follow-up visit on-site.
